Your Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to join our growing AI Hub in Egypt. In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and delivery teams to drive projects from conception to deployment while ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable value realization.

As a Senior AI Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• •Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI, Generative AI, and digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
• •Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and governance frameworks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and quality engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• •Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while proactively implementing mitigation plans.
• •Drive Agile delivery practices, facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, progress tracking, and stakeholder reviews.
• •Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful translation of business needs into deliverable solutions.
• •Monitor project performance through KPIs, reporting dashboards, and governance reviews, ensuring delivery commitments are met on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
• •Support the implementation and adoption of AI-driven solutions by facilitating stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •9+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or digital transformation programs.

• •Experience managing software development, data, analytics, AI, or technology-related projects.
• •Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• •Proven experience managing AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, or other technology-driven projects.
• •Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across business and technical functions.
• •Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation concepts and business applications.
• •Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• •Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• •Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
