We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
iFIT is hiring a Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics & Experimentation to own conversion and the customer journey across NordicTrack and ProForm’s direct-to-consumer sites in Europe. You find where the journey breaks, you prove what works through testing, and you put a revenue number on every improvement. You report to the Head of DTC Europe, and you own the result.
The mandate is durable conversion and revenue growth, built on a testing programme that works at every level of the journey instead of one lucky winner. Homepage, landing pages, category pages, search, PDP, cart, checkout: all of it. You’ll land early wins fast. But a test is a means, not the job. The job is to decide what’s worth testing, what isn’t, and what an improvement is really worth to the business.
WHY JOIN IFIT AND NORDICTRACK
Connected fitness is a growing category at the centre of health and wellness, and iFIT, NordicTrack and ProForm are right in it. We sell more than equipment: the iFIT membership keeps customers training, so every conversion, every test and every journey decision is a lifetime-value decision, not a one-time sale.
You’ll be the person the European leadership turns to for what’s working, what’s next and what it’s worth, with a direct line to the people making the calls. You’ll shape the experience on six sites, four markets and two brands, and you’ll build the testing culture of the team.
SITES AND MARKETS
You cover six owned sites across four markets and two brands. They don’t behave the same way, and they don’t take the same test plan.
NordicTrack: France, UK, Germany and Spain (nordictrack.com/fr, /uk, /de, /es).
ProForm: France and UK (proform.com.fr, proform.com/uk).
High-ticket products sold with a subscription, long considered purchases and moderate traffic per market: statistical discipline matters as much as the test idea.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
Grow DTC conversion and deliver annualised incremental revenue from tested improvements.
Grow subscription attach and customer lifetime value, not just the order rate.
Run a testing programme at a steady cadence, with real statistical rigor.
Diagnose every level of the journey, market by market and brand by brand.
Put a revenue number, with explicit assumptions, on every opportunity.
Make the numbers trusted: what gets announced shows up in the P&L.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Customer Journey Analytics
Map the journey from first visit through purchase and subscription, at every level: homepage, landing pages, category pages, on-site search, PDP, cart and checkout (shipping, billing, purchase).
Find what drives conversion and what blocks it at each level, by market and by brand, and tell us where to optimise first.
Use FullStory (session replay, rage clicks, errors) and GA4 to link a symptom to its cause.
Diagnose performance changes by traffic source, product and funnel step; tell a page problem from a traffic problem, especially on landing pages, with Marketing.
Explain movements vs LY with causes, not just numbers.
Read web and Inside Sales as one journey, not two channels.
Keep documented KPI definitions for conversion and journey metrics, so every team works from one source of truth.
Experimentation and CRO
Run the testing program end to end: hypothesis, design, QA, readout and decision.
Build and priorities the test backlog on impact, effort and statistical feasibility.
Design every test: hypothesis, primary KPI and guardrails, MDE, power calculation, duration.
Set up tests in Kameleon and build simple variants yourself; scope the complex ones with Digital Product.
Adapt the method to moderate volumes: pool markets where it’s valid, use sequential or Bayesian approaches, and make the call when a test isn’t worth running.
Report results with the correct statistical method, and state clearly what a result can and cannot support – winners, losers and inconclusive alike.
Keep the test log, turn results into learnings the team reuses, and build a testing culture across the team.
Growth Opportunities and Subscription Economics
Spot growth opportunities at every level of the journey.
Size them in annualized revenue (exposed traffic × CVR uplift × AOV), with explicit assumptions and a low/high range.
Track and analyze subscription attach and customer lifetime value (LTV), and show which journey changes move them.
Build the business case for major initiatives and inform roadmap trade-offs.
Track the cumulative revenue and conversion impact of shipped tests, and hold real impact against the original estimate.
Recommendations and Influence
Turn analysis into prioritized recommendations and specs Digital Product can ship.
Prepare executive-ready readouts of diagnostics, test results and business cases for the Head of DTC Europe and senior leadership, with the drivers behind every number.
Work with Inside Sales and Marketing so optimizations grow total revenue, not just the web conversion rate.
Key Cross-Functional Relationships
Head of DTC Europe, for priorities, trade-offs and executive readouts.
Digital Product, on test build, complex variants and rollout.
Inside Sales, on the assisted-sales side of the journey.
Marketing, on traffic quality, campaigns and landing pages.
Data, Analytics and Finance, on Snowflake access, data quality and reconciling impact to the P&L.
WHAT YOU BRING
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s in a quantitative field, business, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years in analytics, CRO or product analytics, at least 3 in ecommerce, DTC or subscription businesses, including 2+ years running a statistically rigorous A/B testing programme.
Hands-on SQL on a data warehouse; Snowflake strongly preferred.
Proficient with AI tools for analysis, and able to validate everything they produce.
GA4 and a session-replay or digital experience tool (FullStory or similar).
Hands-on experience with an A/B testing platform, Kameleoon ideally (or AB Tasty, Optimizely, VWO).
Solid experiment statistics: power, MDE, significance, testing on low traffic.
A track record of sizing opportunities in revenue and building business cases that held up.
A proven record of accurate, reconciled numbers, with QA habits you can describe, and the ability to explain a number, its source and its caveats to executives.
High-ticket or long-consideration B2C ecommerce; connected fitness, consumer electronics or subscription hardware experience.
Clear, concise communication in English, in writing and in front of senior leadership.
Authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with German markets.
Omnichannel experience (web plus assisted sales) or checkout with financing (BNPL).
Experience with multi-touch attribution tools.
Qualitative user research (interviews, user testing).
Python or R; HTML, CSS and JavaScript for building variants.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR ONE
Your work drives measurable top-line growth across the European sites, through higher conversion, subscription attach and customer lifetime value.
A prioritised roadmap o
