Senior Analyst, FP&A & Asset Management, Europe

The successful candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis and asset-level performance reporting across CyrusOne’s growing European platform.

Key Responsibilities

· Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.

· Prepare management reporting, variance analysis and financial commentary.

· Assist with revenue, EBITDA, CapEx, cash flow and headcount forecasting.

· Support departmental cost reviews and business partnering.

· Maintain asset-level financial models, forecasts and performance reporting.

· Analyse asset performance, capital expenditure and investment returns.

· Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials for senior management.

· Improve and automate recurring reporting and forecasting processes.

· Work with European and US Finance teams to share best practice.

· Undertake ad hoc analysis and support wider Finance priorities.

Candidate Profile & Experience

· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.

· Two to four years’ relevant FP&A experience.

· Qualified Accountant with at least one year’s post-qualification experience

· Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

· Advanced Excel skills and good PowerPoint capability.

· Strong attention to detail, communication skills and commercial awareness.

· Real estate, infrastructure or data centre experience would be advantageous.
