Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst I – Software Engineering to develop, enhance, and support software applications. The role involves translating business requirements into reliable technical solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
  • Analyse requirements and contribute to technical designs and effort estimates.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and follow coding, security, and quality standards.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support application releases.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other engineers to deliver agreed outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Typically 3–5 years of relevant software development experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with databases, APIs, version control, and Agile development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
