They will work closely with senior investors to evaluate third-party managers, contribute to investment recommendations, and support Solutions client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead due diligence on external managers, with a focus on private markets (private credit, private equity and real assets) and listed/leveraged credit strategies

Conduct end-to-end manager underwriting, including strategy assessment, team review, underwriting process, portfolio construction, risk analysis, track record evaluation and attribution analysis

Present investment views and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

Support portfolio construction and management, including asset allocation inputs across public and private markets, manager selection within multi-asset portfolios, and portfolio monitoring and risk assessment

Monitor existing manager relationships, including performance evaluation, attribution, and identification of emerging risks or style drift.

What you can bring:

Proven experience in manager research and fund due diligence, private credit, leveraged finance, and/or broader credit investing. Multi-asset or portfolio construction experience is a plus

Demonstrated ability to lead General Partners (GP) meetings and diligence processes independently, evaluate complex credit strategies across public and private markets, and translate analysis into clear, defensible investment recommendations

Strong analytical and modeling skills, including performance and risk analysis

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFA preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client interaction

Ability to operate in a collaborative, global team environment while maintaining ownership of key workstreams
