About the Role

This position is to implement the test work based on user requirements. Roles and Responsibilities:

• •Perform the testing activities including requirement clarification, test approach discover, test plan/case creation, Test Strategy/Closure report.
• •Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool
• •Support SIT/UAT as user request
• •Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality
• •Collaborate with IT and business users
• •Leverage AI to improve testing efficiency
• •Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Communication Requirements

Internal (50%)

Weekly progress report of assigned tasks.

Discussion within team on the solution/issue found during the completion of assigned tasks.

Build trust with colleagues in design, development and testing team.

External (50%)

Understand user requirements and clarify if unclear.

Discussion with external counter parties on the solution/issues found during the completion of assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

• •Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines
• •Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC)
• •Database experience is a MUST
• •Good understanding of testing process and methodology
• •Good understanding of insurance business is a plus
