Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitgestaltung der BI-Architektur – Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung der zukünftigen BI-Architektur auf Basis moderner Technologien (aktuelle Auswahl zwischen u.a. Fabric, Databricks, SAP BDC)
  • Architektur & Datenmanagement – Konzeption eines zentralen Enterprise Data Warehouse bzw. Lakehouse als Single Point of Truth für Reporting, Planung und Analytics (und zukünftig KI). Sicherstellung der Datenintegration aus SAP S/4HANA, Legacy ERP-Systemen und weiteren Quellsystemen.
  • Reporting & Planung – Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer modernen Reporting- und Planungslandschaft. Definition von Standards für Data Pipelines und Data Governance.
  • Betrieb & Weiterentwicklung – Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb der BI-Systemlandschaft einschließlich 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Projektmanagement & Ownership – Leitung strategischer BI-Projekte von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Implementierung. Übernahme der Solution Owner Rolle für die BI-Systeme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern.
  • Innovation & Skalierbarkeit – Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Methoden für Data Analytics, Planung und Daten Automatisierung. Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Compliance innerhalb der BI-Plattform.
  • Enablement & Collaboration – Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines interdisziplinären BI-Teams über IT und Fachbereiche hinweg. Förderung des datengetriebenen Arbeitens durch Schulungen, Workshops und Best Practices für Self-Service BI und Ad-hoc-Analysen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im BI-/Datenumfeld, idealerweise mit Fokus auf BI-Architektur in einer modernen Daten Plattform (z.B. Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Fundiertes Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung, ETL-/ELT-Prozessen und modernen Datenarchitekturen (z. B. Lakehouse, Data Vault)
  • Erfahrung mit BI- und Planungswerkzeugen (z. B. Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Integration von SAP S/4HANA-Daten
  • Verständnis für Data Governance, Data Security, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte, Data Lineage und Data Catalogs
  • Erste Erfahrung als Solution Owner oder Projektleiter im BI-Umfeld
  • Analytische, strategische und zugleich umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
