  • DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN
  • -Applikationsbetreuung schwerpunktmäßig im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support des Krankenhausinformationssystems (es wird Medico (CGM) eingesetzt) sowie weitere medizinische Fachapplikationen
  • -Verantwortung für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung des Krankenhausinformationssystem (KIS)
  • -Betreuung, Implementierung und Monitoring von HL7 Schnittstellen (z. ADT, ORU, ORM)
  • -Anbindung und Betreuung von medizinischen Fachsystemen (z. Labor, Radiologie, PDMS, Subsysteme)
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit klinischen Fachbereichen, Medizincontrolling, IT-Infrastruktur und externen Partnern
  • -Unterstützung bei der System- und Prozessharmonisierung im KIS-Umfeld
  • Anwendungsberatung und -betreuung der Anwender über den gesamten Application Lifecycle
  • -Analyse und Bewertung von Fachanforderungen sowie Service Requests und deren Umsetzung
  • -Analyse und Behebung von Incidents und Problems in Abstimmung mit Herstellern und Fachbereichen
  • -Steuerung und Beauftragung von Support- und Entwicklungsleistungen externer Dienstleister
  • -Erstellung und Pflege von Anwendungs‑ und Systemdokumentationen
  • -Durchführung von Workshops und Anwenderschulungen
  • -Planung und Durchführung von Updates, Releases und Tests
  • -Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie Übernahme von (Teil‑)Projektleitungen nach vorgegebenen Frameworks
  • -Teilnahme an einer geregelten Rufbereitschaft
