  • Geschäftsführung (w/m/d) in Herford Unser Mandant ist ein
  • Architekturbüro in Ostwestfalen mit über 30 Mitarbeitern. Die Vision
  • ist, Gebäuden auf Basis von Lebenszykluskosten und Nachhaltigkeit
  • eine Form zu geben, nach dem Motto "Leistungsstarke Architektur". In
  • der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit aller Planer (Integrale
  • Planung) unterstützt durch das digitale Werkzeug BIM (Building
  • Information Modeling) sucht mein Kunde die jeweils leistungsfähigste
  • Lösung für die unterschiedlichen Bauaufgaben. Zudem haben sie sich
  • viele Gedanken gemacht, wie sie ihre Mitarbeiter fördern und fordern
  • können, ohne das Privatleben vernachlässigen zu müssen. Wir sind
  • nun auf der Suche nach einem Architekten (w/m/d) der sich mit der
  • integralen Entwurfs- und Detailplanung befasst, die Projekte in allen
  • Leistungsphasen betreut, von der Planung bis zur baulichen Umsetzung.
  • Und auch die Perspektive für die Geschäftsführung ist gegeben,
  • sofern das für Sie ein Ziel sein könnte. Ihre Aufgabe Integrale
  • Entwurfs- und Detailplanung Selbstständige Projektbearbeitung in
  • allen Planungsphasen Eigenverantwortliche Führung des
  • Planungsprozesses bis zur baulichen Umsetzung Projektspezifischer
  • Kontakt mit dem Bauherrn und allen projektbeteiligten Fachplanern Ihr
  • Profil Abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium Mind. 10 Jahre einschlägige
  • Berufserfahrung Führungserfahrung sowie zielorientierte Teamarbeit
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in allen Fachbereichen Vorausschauendes und
  • lösungsorientiertes Handeln Ausgeprägtes Termin-, Kosten- und
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein Kenntnisse in den gängigen EDV-Programmen,
  • Revit von Vorteil
