  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with academic and administrative units, infrastructure and facilities teams, capital planning teams, senior management, and external consultants and stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators, dashboards, and management reports to provide timely insights into space utilisation, capacity, demand, and portfolio performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the utilisation and efficiency of existing campus assets and develop strategies to address space constraints and emerging institutional needs.
  • Manage relevant consultancy engagements, projects, resources, and budgets, ensuring that deliverables support institutional objectives and provide value to the University.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
  • At least 10 years experience in strategic space planning, campus planning, real estate portfolio management or a related field, preferably within a large and complex organisation.
  • Track record in planning initiatives involving space demand assessment, utilisation analysis, capacity planning, scenario modelling, and optimisation of physical assets.
  • Strong data and analytical capabilities, with experience in developing or applying space information systems, dashboards, business intelligence tools, data visualisation, or planning analytics.
  • Able to translate complex data and analysis into clear strategic insights, recommendations, and actionable plans for senior management and governance-level decision-making.
  • Experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects and work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders, academic and administrative units, infrastructure teams, consultants, and external partners.
