Job Description & Summary

• About the ideal candidate
• As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for
• our microservice-based Data Product. You will work closely with the development and
• operations teams to ensure the seamless operation and performance of our systems.
• Education and Experience
•  Bachelors / Masters Degree in engineering.
•  4 - 8 years of experience in Enterprise wide product/ platform Technical support
•  Experience in Airline domain is a plus
• Candidate Overview:
•  Provide expert-level Product support with a focus on operational Excellence.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, application
• errors, and infrastructure problems.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, operations, and quality
• assurance to diagnose and address complex issues.
•  Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and
• improvement.
•  Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and
• best practices.
•  Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue resolution outside regular business hours.
•  Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Technical Skill:
•  Proven experience (5-7 years) working as a Support Engineer or similar role in a
• production environment.
•  Hands-on experience with handling production issues, debugging with team and finding
• the root cause.
•  Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
