Job Description & Summary

• SF Tech Architect:
• Roles and Responsibilities
• 1. Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the
• customer’s business requirements.
• 2. Responsible for designing/architecting the overall solution and development part with the help of
• development for large-scale customers;
• 3. Validates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customer; Identify technical
• issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
• 4. Guide and support team across multiple client engagements by providing technical thought leadership
• and guide team on standard methodologies for design & development.
• 5. Drive innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying reusable components, tools,
• accelerators & as well work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery
• Skills
• 1. Have proven capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on
• the force.com platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementation.
• 2. Good technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com
• understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and
• design methods, etc.
• 3. Must possess Developer, Administrator, Sales, Service Cloud certifications.
• 4. Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers,
• batch Apex, LWC, Aura etc
• 5. Experience with SOAP, and REST API Integration
• 6. Experience with the Lightning Framework on force.com & JavaScript frameworks, design patterns.
• 7. Should be well versed with the inside architecture of salesforce.
• Qualifications
• 1. 8+ years’ CRM experience with 4+ years as platform/enterprise architect
• 2. Must have experience in leading large Salesforce programs end to end
• 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
