DBS's Innovation Group is seeking a dynamic and visionary Innovation Experimentation Specialist to join our forward-thinking team. What You'll Do:

• •Trend Horizon Scanning: Continuously research and analyze global emerging trends across technology, consumer behavior, market dynamics, and societal shifts, particularly those impacting the financial services industry.
• •Insight Generation: Translate complex trend data into clear, compelling insights and potential opportunities for DBS, identifying areas for disruption and growth.
• •Experimentation Design & Execution: Design, develop, and lead rapid experiments and proofs-of-concept (POCs) to test the viability and potential impact of emerging technologies and innovative ideas within DBS.
• •Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various business units (e.g., Retail, Corporate Banking, Technology) to understand their needs and integrate innovative solutions into their strategies.
• •Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings, insights, and experiment results to senior management and key stakeholders, advocating for promising initiatives and influencing strategic direction.
• •Ecosystem Engagement: Connect with external innovation ecosystems, including startups, fintechs, and research institutions, to foster partnerships and identify collaborative opportunities.
• •Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to building an innovation-driven culture within DBS by sharing knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned from experiments.

Requirements:

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Design, Innovation).
• •Proven experience in innovation, strategy, product development, or a related field within a fast-paced environment.
• •Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and experiment with emerging trends and technologies.
• •Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Prior experience in the financial services industry or a strong understanding of its landscape is a plus.
