Wir sind Spezialisten für die Sicherung, kommerzielle Nutzung, Verteidigung und Durchsetzung Ihres geistigen Eigentums und haben in allen relevanten Bereichen umfassende und langjährige Erfahrung. Zu unseren Kernkompetenzen gehören:
Praxisgruppe Intellectual Property
- UPC Patentverletzungsverfahren
- Nationale Patentverletzungsverfahren
- Nichtigkeits- und Einspruchsverfahren
- Komplexe Lizenzprojekte und Streitigkeiten
- IP Arbitration
- Begleitung internationaler IP-Transaktionen

Was Du mitbringen solltest:
- Hervorragende juristische Qualifikationen und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

- Neugierde und Spaß an internationalen Herausforderungen
