Senior Associate- IT Security and Admin

Job Description

Job Role: We’re looking for a Senior Associate – IT Security & Administration to strengthen our IT security while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role will primarily focus on endpoint security, access management, device security, security monitoring, and IT compliance , along with end-user support and IT administration.

You Should Apply If You

• •Have 2–5 years of experience in IT Security, IT Administration, or Endpoint Security.
• •Have hands-on experience with JumpCloud and Bitdefender GravityZone or similar tools.
• •Have experience managing Windows & macOS endpoints and endpoint security policies.
• •Understand IAM, MFA, SSO, access controls, patch management, and security best practices .
• •Have experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration .
• •Have a good understanding of networking, VPN, device management, and IT asset management.
• •Are comfortable monitoring security alerts, troubleshooting issues, and handling security incidents.
• •Are proactive, detail-oriented, and good at balancing security with employee experience.

You Should Not Apply If You

• •Are looking only for a traditional IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support role.
• •Are not interested in IT Security, endpoint security, and access management .
• •Are uncomfortable investigating security alerts or incidents.
• •Have no experience managing users, devices, or access permissions.
• •Prefer a role with minimal ownership and problem-solving.

What Will You Do?

• •Own and manage endpoint security across Windows and macOS devices.
• •Administer Bitdefender GravityZone , monitor security alerts, and take corrective action.
• •Manage JumpCloud , including users, devices, MFA, authentication, and access policies.
• •Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and access reviews .
• •Ensure timely patching, security updates, device compliance, and endpoint protection.
• •Investigate and support resolution of security incidents and endpoint threats .
• •Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 from an access and security perspective.
• •Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, network, and device-related issues.
• •Maintain IT assets, device inventory, licenses, and security documentation.
• •Identify security gaps and continuously improve IT security processes and controls .
• •Coordinate with vendors for IT/security-related issues and support.

Work Experience: 2-5 years of experience

Working days: Monday – Friday

Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
