• You will own research strategies, lead market mapping initiatives, and conduct first-round executive assessments to identify exceptional leadership talent.
• Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will provide market insights, evaluate candidates, and influence critical hiring decisions.
• You will manage multiple retained searches simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking, rigorous assessment, and high-quality execution.
