1.掌握店铺各项营运工作，熟练操作收银机进行正常交易、履行送货和收货职责、为销售区提供货物、履行清洁职责、进行商品陈列。
2.担任消费者和其他同事的产品知识专家。持续学习和接受培训，进一步培养高级产品和零售知识。
3.协助领导和经理培训员工。 4.主动提供顾客服务协助预防损失工作。对入店行窃或者内部偷窃事件保持警惕并且向主管报告可疑活动。
5.掌握特定品类或者专业产品的知识。
