We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and build innovative solutions that optimize cloud infrastructure costs, resource utilization, and capacity planning. In this role, you will develop backend services, data pipelines, and internal applications that transform cloud billing and usage data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in helping engineering teams understand infrastructure consumption, allocate costs accurately, and anticipate future capacity requirements. As the first dedicated engineer in this area, you will establish the technical foundations, architecture, and engineering standards that will support future growth. Working closely with Finance, infrastructure engineers, product teams, and service owners, you will turn complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
