Im Zuge der anfallenden Projekte sucht unser Mandant einen Senior Bauleiter Hochbau (m/w/d) für den Standort Frankfurt am Main/ Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Es erwartet Sie ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung, ein attraktives Vergütungsmodell und ein verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit gutem Betriebsklima.

  • Aufgabe:
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Bauprojekten im Hochbau
  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte und qualitätsbewusste Umsetzung der Bauprojekte
  • Koordination und Führung von Bauteams sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Subunternehmern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Bauvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
  • Abnahmen und Übergaben
  • Budgetverantwortung und Kostenkontrolle für die zugewiesenen Bauprojekte
  • Kommunikation mit Architekten, Ingenieuren und anderen Projektpartnern
  • Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter im Hochbau, idealerweise im Wohnungsbau
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Lösungsorientierung, Belastbarkeit und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und branchenüblichen Softwaretools
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
