# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Rechnungswesen-Teams
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
  • Effiziente Nutzung und laufende Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse im DATEV-Umfeld
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Banken und Finanzämter
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung sowie Erstellung von Reportings und Analysen

# Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbarer Abschluss ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
  • Mehrjährige relevante Praxiserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei oder einem Mittelstandsunternehmen
  • Routinierter Einsatz von MS Office sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware DATEV
  • Unabhängiges sowie kooperatives Arbeiten im Team
  • Ausgezeichnetes Auftreten verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
