Description
The Senior Building Controls Site Assessor works as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess Building Automation System (BAS) controls and related HVAC and electrical systems at secure federal and commercial facilities.
This role combines field investigation, point-to-point controls verification, equipment startup and functional performance testing, network and software troubleshooting, deficiency identification, and formal reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems, BAS controls, and field commissioning or site assessment in secure federal or commercial facilities.
