Role and Function of Senior Technician

The role and function of the senior technician service may include but is not limited to:

Manning of Control Room (FCC), where required.

• •To conduct daily inspections/checks on essential equipment to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition with recording the operating parameters at all times.

• •To carry out meter reading on operating equipment for energy and water consumption.

• •To supervisor all maintenance services including planned preventive and reactive maintenance at the Building and conduct regular inspections with term contractors (ACMV system, pest control, fire protection systems, and lift & escalators, etc.) to ensure that the services are carried out to the standard set by the Management .
