Senior Business Analyst – Airline Domain (Load Control / Weight & Balance)

What success looks like in this role:

• •Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Load Control / Weight & Balance processes and systems
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• •Translate complex operational needs into functional specifications and user stories
• •Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of W&B logic, constraints, and regulatory requirements
• •Support solution design, validation, and UAT cycles , including defect triage and resolution
• •Ensure alignment with aviation standards, safety regulations, and defense compliance requirements
• •Drive process improvements and optimization across load planning and aircraft configuration workflows
• •Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and cross-functional alignment

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• •5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong domain expertise in Load Control / Weight & Balance
• •Hands-on experience with aircraft load planning systems, payload optimization, and CG calculations
• •Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (e.g., ICAO, EASA, or military standards)
• •Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables
• •Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience working on defense or government aviation programs (e.g., Ministry of Defence or similar)
• •Familiarity with digital aviation platforms or transformation programs
• •Exposure to data modeling, system integrations, and APIs
• •Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent)
