Senior Business Analyst in Trustee Change Team

Responsibilities:

• •Preparation and analysis of proposed system changes, gathering documentation and consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation
• •Lead and coordinate gathering business change requests, system developments, and new business on boarding across Trustee Operations
• •Identify and resolve project issues across multiple business areas and proactively mitigate implementation risks
• •Formulate analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks
• •Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver projects
• •Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation
• •Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary client and internal approvals for the project are obtained
• •Ensure implemented process is compliant with local and global regulations.

Key skills and experience:

• •Extensive relevant experience in business analysis, writing business requirements and process mapping
• •Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and writing test scenarios
• •Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) and strong communication skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• •Ability to build relationships with various project stakeholders
• •Experience in supporting operations teams with production issues/system queries
• •Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and the ability to leverage them
