We are currently recruiting within our EMEA Enterprise Analysis Practice for a Senior Business Analyst to work & lead on projects within our Life & Pensions Change Portfolio.

Our initiatives range from new client onboarding, corporate transformation, regulatory change, existing client change, and operational excellence, always with a focus on ensuring quality delivery & client delight. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is a self-starter; expert communicator & facilitator of discovery workshops; well experienced in all realms of Business Analysis tools & techniques; and is an expert within the L&P sector. The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Analyst to join our fast-paced transformation team, with a specific focus on Life & Pensions projects. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact change initiatives, influence product and service evolution, and ensure we deliver outcomes that meet both regulatory and client expectations.

What You Will Get To Do:

• •Lead end-to-end business analysis for assigned Life & Pensions initiatives, taking ownership of requirements quality, traceability and analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• •Lead the discovery and due diligence phases of new initiatives, working with internal and external stakeholders to define scope and business outcomes.
• •Elicit, document, and validate detailed requirements and user stories, ensuring traceability to business objectives.
• •Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, clearly articulating business needs and solution approaches.
• •Act as a trusted interface between clients, business operations, product teams, architects, technology and delivery leads, proactively managing cross-functional requirements and dependencies.
• •Identify operational, customer, and regulatory impacts, and support readiness activities to ensure smooth implementation.
• •Produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., process maps, current/future state models, use cases) aligned to project timelines and program governance.
• •(For Senior BAs) Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of the BA Practice through knowledge sharing and support.

What You Will Bring:

• •Demonstrable experience as a Senior Business Analyst, independently leading analysis workstreams within complex change, client delivery or transformation programmes.
• •Strong practical knowledge of Life & Pensions policy administration and servicing, including product rules, policy lifecycle events, operational processes and customer impacts.
• •Experience across these areas within L&P is beneficial; Term Insurance, WOL Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Income Protection Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Endowments, On Shore Investment Bonds, Off Shore Investments Bonds.
• •Proficiency in BA methodologies across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks .
• •Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business, technical, and client-facing environments.
• •Confident facilitator and communicator—able to lead workshops, document clear outputs, and influence decision-making.
• •Self-starter with strong organisational skills, able to manage priorities in fast-paced, change-heavy environments.
• •Passion for continuous improvement, quality outcomes, and business value.
• •Comfortable adapting to evolving business needs and managing ambiguity.
