- Establish appropriate documentation standards across Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and other delivery tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve requirements practices, templates, workflows, and governance across the UX/Experience Design organization.
UX, Research & Development Partnership
- Serve as a senior bridge between Marketing stakeholders, UX designers, researchers, developers, and delivery leadership.
- Partner with UX professionals to translate research findings, customer insights, usability testing, prototypes, designs, and experience strategies into actionable requirements.

Continuous Improvement
- Partner with the Delivery Manager/Scrum Master to plan, coordinate, and execute complex initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate or contribute to Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, prioritization, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder working sessions.
- Proactively manage requirements-related risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and decision points.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Analysts and contribute to the development of team standards and best practices.
- Improve the team's approach to intake, discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, documentation, and delivery readiness.
