About us

We’ve been roasting speciality coffee for over 30 years. From humble beginnings as a coffee cart in Auckland, NZ, Allpress has evolved into a trusted brand that stands for flavour, quality and great customer experience. Right from the start three core principles have formed the backbone of our business – People, Flavour and Innovation.

We are united in our genuine care for each other, our customers, and our belief in what we do. We need great people who will bring their imagination, skills and most importantly, their passion to our business.

About the role

We have a unique and rewarding role that combines passion with fun. Imagine spending your weekends exploring the latest and greatest cafes – now, picture doing that as your job!

Based out of our Dalston space, this role offers the chance to travel as we expand our customer base across the South of the UK. As a Senior member of our Business Development team, you'll immerse yourself in our industry leading coffee offering and wholesale support.

We're seeking a candidate with enthusiasm and drive to prospect new business opportunities, from cafes to grocery stores, maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline. You'll also qualify and convert incoming inquiries, representing Allpress and our values.

Customer relationships are central to our offering. You'll visit clients around the South, helping them enhance their coffee offering. Our customers range from small, owner-operated businesses to larger, multi-site operations, so adaptability is crucial. You'll build rapport with business owners and collaborate with our team to forge long-term, meaningful partnerships.

As a brand ambassador for Allpress, you'll work closely with our Events and Brand team to generate leads and connect with businesses that share our passion for quality coffee.

This dynamic role is ideal for someone who values collaboration and teamwork while being self-motivated and capable of working independently. A passion for coffee and the hospitality industry is essential, along with senior-level sales experience.

As this role is focused on our Southern territories, there will be a large amount of travel required. This means a full clean driving license and confidence in driving are a must.
