A commercial and proactive CFD/Forex professional with experience in the LATAM market, strong business development skills and the ability to independently identify and develop new IB and partnership opportunities.

An existing network or portfolio of IBs, partners or clients would be a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate should also have the market knowledge and communication skills required to conduct sessions with retail clients and manage the existing portfolio,

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:

Previous experience in the CFD/Forex or online trading industry.

Strong Business Development and sales skills.

Existing connections with IBs, affiliates, influencers and other relevant partners in LATAM.

Portuguese as a native language.

A strong network and proven ability to generate and develop new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

Business Development & IB Acquisition

Proactively develop the LATAM market by identifying, contacting and onboarding new IBs, partners and affiliates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and key players within the trading industry.

An existing portfolio of IBs, partners or clients in LATAM would be highly desirable.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase the company's presence in LATAM.

Client Management & Sales

Manage and develop the existing client portfolio in LATAM.

Conduct sales and market-focused sessions with retail clients, providing guidance based on their trading needs and market knowledge.

Support client acquisition, conversion and retention through a consultative sales approach.

CFD & Market Knowledge

Previous experience in the CFD/Forex or online trading industry is required.

Good understanding of financial markets, trading products and market dynamics.

Ability to confidently discuss trading, market conditions and financial products with both clients and partners.

Market Development

Contribute to establishing and expanding the company's presence in the LATAM market.

Monitor market trends, competitors and opportunities and provide feedback to management.

Represent the company at relevant events and industry meetings when required.
