Senior Business Development Manager (Professional Services)

From the beginning, Soni Resources Group has believed one thing: having the best people in the business is the only sustainable competitive advantage. Founded in 2016 by Sid Soni with a single mission to build the highest per-desk average staffing and recruiting firm, Soni has grown into a place where elite producers come to do the best work of their careers.

We deliver talent solutions that move businesses forward faster, smarter, and with more precision than anyone else in our space. We don’t just fill roles. We solve problems, build teams, and create the human infrastructure that allows organizations to realize their greatest potential. At Soni, partnering with clients is more than a transaction, but a deep rooted relationship seeded from value.
