Apptronik is a human-centered robotics company developing AI-powered robots to support humanity in every facet of life. Our flagship humanoid robot, Apollo, is built to collaborate thoughtfully with people, starting with critical industries such as manufacturing and logistics, with future applications in healthcare, the home, and beyond.

We operate at the cutting edge of Applied AI, applying our expertise across the full robotics stack to solve some of society's most important problems. You will join a team dedicated to bringing Apollo to market at scale, tackling the complex challenges like safety, commercialization, and mass production to change the world for the better.

JOB SUMMARY

As Apptronik continues to scale its humanoid robotics platform, we are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst - ERP to own the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of our enterprise resource planning systems. This senior individual contributor will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business stakeholders to translate their requirements into well-architected ERP solutions that scale with the company. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise with one or more major ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle), a thorough understanding of accounting principles and procurement operations as they function within an ERP, a strong track record of defining requirements and building durable business processes, and the judgment to balance speed of delivery with long-term system integrity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own end-to-end configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of Apptronik's ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle), including modules supporting finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and order management

Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other internal stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements; translate them into ERP configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations

Serve as a functional subject matter expert on core accounting processes within the ERP — including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, fixed assets, period-end close, and financial reporting; partner closely with the Controller and Finance team to ensure the ERP supports accurate, auditable books

Own the ERP configuration and continuous improvement of the full procure-to-pay cycle — from purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management through goods receipts, three-way matching, invoice processing, and payment runs; ensure controls are in place to support audit readiness and segregation of duties

Design, document, and continuously improve business processes that operate within the ERP, ensuring they are scalable, auditable, and aligned with internal controls

Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, and module rollout projects — including planning, scoping, testing, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live optimization

Manage ERP integrations with adjacent systems (CRM, PLM, MES, HRIS, identity, data warehouse, and best-of-breed SaaS tools); coordinate with internal engineering and external implementation partners as needed

Administer ERP security: roles, profiles, permission sets, segregation of duties, approval workflows, and periodic access reviews in support of audit and compliance

Develop and maintain master data governance practices across items, vendors, customers, BOMs, and chart of accounts; drive data quality, reconciliation, and reporting standards

Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics within the ERP and connected BI tooling to give business leaders timely visibility into operational, procurement, and financial KPIs

Manage relationships with ERP vendors and implementation partners; oversee licensing, renewals, support cases, and roadmap alignment

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation — configuration, process flows, runbooks, and end-user training materials; serve as the senior internal subject matter expert for the ERP

Mentor and uplift junior IT and business analyst staff who interact with the ERP; foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of hands-on ERP configuration, administration, or implementation experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role

Deep expertise with one or more major ERP platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Business Central, or CE), Salesforce (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud), SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or Business One), or Oracle (Fusion Cloud ERP, NetSuite, or E-Business Suite)

Strong working knowledge of accounting fundamentals as they are applied within an ERP — including chart of accounts design, journal entry workflows, subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliation, cost center and project accounting, and period-end/year-end close processes; ability to collaborate fluently with Controllers, Staff Accountants, and external auditors

Deep hands-on experience configuring and optimizing procure-to-pay processes within an ERP — purchase requisitions, PO management, vendor master governance, receiving, three-way match, invoice approval workflows, and payment processing; familiarity with procurement controls required for SOX or similar compliance frameworks

Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into well-architected ERP solutions

Strong process design background — able to map current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design future-state processes that scale within the constraints of the ERP

Solid understanding of core finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement processes (quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay end-to-end flows); ability to speak fluently with controllers, ops leaders, and shop-floor users

Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or major module rollouts end-to-end

Working knowledge of ERP integration patterns and tooling (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, iPaaS, ETL); ability to scope and oversee integrations even when implementation is delegated

Strong grasp of ERP security models, segregation of duties, and internal controls in support of audit readiness (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2)

Excellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder groups

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting trade-offs and recommendations to executives

Self-directed, pragmatic, and biased toward action — able to operate with limited oversight in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of a degree

5+ years of relevant ERP configuration, administration, or implementation experience required

Relevant vendor certifications (Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) are a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen

Hearing and speech to communicate
