Senior Buyer

• •Manage DMP order fulfillment through Kanban and BPA processes to support Value Stream (VS) production plans and customer delivery requirements.
• •Lead and supervise buyers in inventory planning, Kanban card audits, and material replenishment activities.
• •Ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and compliance with audit requirements while driving inventory reduction initiatives.
• •Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve supply, quality, and operational issues impacting manufacturing performance and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• •Execute planning and procurement activities related to ECN/PCA implementation and product lifecycle changes.
• •Maintain master data integrity in Oracle and generate vendor performance evaluations and operational reports.
• •Drive continuous improvement projects, Kaizen activities, and process optimization initiatives with measurable results.
• •Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs, including inventory targets, stockout prevention, and service performance metrics.
• •Lead assigned projects and ensure effective execution, tracking, and sustainability of improvement actions.
• •Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS regulations, company safety policies, and operational procedures.
• •Perform other duties and special assignments as required by management.
