Develop expertise in the environmental factors, use cases, and consumer values of our equipment, and apply them to the design work

Identify areas for improvement in the design process, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive best practices for our design team

Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met

Monitor and apply the latest industry design tools and master advanced skills such as surfacing, modelling and referencing of large assemblies, plastic part design for thermoforming or injection molding, and metals design for casting or stamping

Actively participate in continuous learning and professional development activities, including attending training programs, and bring learnings to our team by hosting workshops or mentoring team members
