Job Description:

The Senior Change and Adoption Manager will lead transformation for how people adopt, sustain, and realize the change. Integrate change leadership and adoption across the transformation portfolio so initiatives are easier to understand, absorb, and sustain. This role activates leaders, measures readiness and adoption, manages cumulative change load, and builds enterprise capability while keeping local adoption and sustainment owned by business and value stream leaders.

Hybrid : This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days/week onsite at Home Office and 2 days/week from home.

Relocation Benefits: Receive a $10,000 relocation bonus PLUS a generous relocation package if relocating more than 50 miles for this position.

About our Green Bay, WI Home Office:

You’ll find lots to love in our beautiful home office in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our jeans-friendly environment has indoor and outdoor collaboration spaces, state-of-the-art R&D and sensory labs, culinary kitchens, a pilot plant, innovation center and more.

Take advantage of outdoor workspaces. Sample and provide feedback on new products from our R&D team. Enjoy free coffee, soda and popcorn. Take a short walk to restaurants, breweries, the YMCA and a weekly farmer’s market on the scenic Fox River. You can even see Lambeau Field from our top floor.

What you will do:

  • Set the enterprise change approach, standards, playbooks, and tools so transformation initiatives use consistent language, expectations, and adoption practices. (Annual, 10%)
  • Integrate stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, readiness planning, sponsor activation, training, communications, behavior change, and reinforcement into initiatives from the start. (Weekly, 10%)
  • Assess and manage readiness, proficiency, adoption risk, change saturation, and cumulative change load across concurrent initiatives. (Daily, 20%)
  • Define and track adoption, proficiency, behavior-change, readiness, and sustainment measures alongside delivery and value metrics. (Daily, 20%)
  • Coach sponsors, value stream leaders, initiative teams, and functional leaders to lead change, communicate clearly, model required behaviors, and reinforce adoption. (Weekly, 20%)
  • Partner with HR, Communications, plant and regional leaders, and other TMO roles to coordinate and lead communications, training, feedback loops, capability building, and local sustainment ownership. (Weekly, 20%)

What you will need to succeed:

  • Required Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 10 or more years of progressive experience in organizational change management, transformation, communications, HR, learning, consulting, or related work, including large cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, sponsor roadmaps, readiness assessments, training strategies, communication plans, adoption measures, and sustainment approaches.
  • Strong understanding of structured change-management methodologies, tools, and practices, including how change integrates with stage gates, portfolio governance, process transformation, and value realization.
  • Proven ability to coach executives, sponsors, people leaders, initiative teams, and front-line leaders through change.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, coach leaders, navigate resistance, facilitate difficult conversations, and influence adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Clear, compelling communication skills with the ability to translate complex changes into practical, audience-specific messages for front-line partners and executive leaders.
  • Not required, but preferred: Prosci, CCMP, ACMP, Kotter, Agile change, Lean, or comparable change-management certification.

Additional Details:

  • Enterprise-minded, fact-based, curious, collaborative, willing to challenge constructively, able to simplify complexity, and committed to building capability in others rather than creating dependency on the TMO.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with executives and front-line partners and influence outcomes across a federated network.
  • Data-driven, while equally focused on behaviors, adoption and culture.
  • Demonstrated commitment to developing others and building capability that outlasts any single initiative.
  • Ability to help the organization change how work gets done while preserving core cultural strengths.

FOOD SAFETY FUNCTIONS: Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
