  • Gestaltung und Steuerung der Kommunikation zu Transformationsprojekten als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektteams, Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
  • Erstellung und redaktionelle Betreuung von Newslettern, Blogartikeln und weiteren internen Kommunikationsformaten
  • Planung, Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Workshops
  • Konzeption von Maßnahmen zur Transformationsplanung und zum Change Management
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Moderation und Präsentation von Fachinhalten in Workshops - vor Ort und remote, auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Eigenständige Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Projekten im Verantwortungsbereich der Abteilung

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmens-, Change- oder Projektkommunikation, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten sowie in der Konzeption und Umsetzung begleitender Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Stakeholdern, Teams und Führungskräften
  • Praxis in der redaktionellen Erstellung von Blogartikeln, Newslettern und Intranetbeiträgen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe IT- und Prozessthemen verständlich und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Methodenkenntnisse im Change Management und Erfahrung mit ServiceNow wünschenswert
  • Teamfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und eine offene, transparente Kommunikation
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und gutes Selbstmanagement bei parallelen Themen
  • Entscheidungsfreude, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft mit Fingerspitzengefühl
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Veränderungsbereitschaft in dynamischen Projektumfeldern
