Work closely with structural and other engineering disciplines to coordinate designs and resolve technical challenges.

Manage the day-to-day delivery of smaller project teams or defined work packages.

Support site surveys and construction-stage activities where required.

Ensure designs meet relevant standards, client requirements and quality processes.

Monitor and report on project progress, performance and delivery to senior management.

Contribute to tenders, fee proposals and project planning.

Build effective relationships with clients, project stakeholders and other disciplines.

Mentor and support engineers, technicians, graduates and apprentices, sharing technical knowledge and encouraging their development.

Promote a positive approach to health, safety and quality across project delivery.
