Senior Client Delivery Executive

What success looks like in this role:

The Senior Client Delivery Executive will be a pivotal leader responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of complex IT services and solutions to key clients. This role focuses on driving client satisfaction, optimizing service delivery, and managing critical relationships.

Your role includes the following tasks:

• •Lead large, complex, and geographically dispersed client implementations, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of contracted services while meeting cost, quality, governance, innovation, and performance objectives.
• •Build trusted client relationships through a strong local presence in Kraków , acting as a senior strategic partner and fostering long-term partnerships that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business value.
• •Partner closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and Service Delivery teams to proactively manage operational, technical, and business challenges, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective stakeholder management across all levels.
• •Drive a customer-centric approach by translating complex business requirements into innovative, scalable solutions that enhance operational performance and align with client strategic objectives.
• •Support account growth by identifying opportunities for service expansion, continuous improvement, and value creation, while contributing to account governance, service reviews, and strategic business planning.
• •Provide leadership in operational excellence and risk management across accounts, communicating industry insights and market trends, and enabling delivery teams to execute strategies that strengthen client outcomes and support sustainable business growth.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• •BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience, Master’s degree preferred
• •Extensive Client & Service Delivery Leadership Experience
• •Track record of strong Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building
• •Ability to derive issues into business opportunities and technical solutions
• •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English language (C1 level - business fluent)
• •Ability to work from client-site in Krakow up to 3 days/week (on short-notice) and to travel if needed
