What You'll Do
As a Senior Clinical Lead, you will provide leadership and oversight for large, multi-regional clinical trials, ensuring studies are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to navigate challenges, drive recruitment success, manage risk, and achieve key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical delivery of large global clinical trials from startup through closeout.
- Drive patient recruitment and retention strategies to meet enrollment goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate clinical and operational risks.
- Oversee clinical quality, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and study protocols.
- Partner with project leadership to manage timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Build, mentor, and guide clinical teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures.
- Support proposal development, bid defenses, and strategic planning activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
- Sr CTM Requirements: 7+ years of clinical research experience, including monitoring and clinical trial leadership.
- CTM II Requirements: 5+ years of clinical research experienced, including monitoring and clinical trial leadership.
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and global regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading complex, multi-country studies and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of project management principles and clinical trial financial oversight.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence, mentor, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $93,100.00 - $232,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
