  • This role will lead the launch and growth of a dedicated online community supporting people living with sickle cell disease (SCD).
  • You will create a trusted, inclusive environment where members can connect, share experiences, and access credible health information.
  • The role combines community strategy, hands-on engagement, thoughtful moderation, and patient advocacy.
  • You’ll help shape conversations around complex topics including healthcare access, stigma, fatigue, disability benefits, and treatment journeys.
  • Working closely with Product, Content, Analytics, Marketing, and Research teams, you’ll turn member insights into meaningful improvements.
  • You’ll also contribute to the health and growth of other online communities while experimenting with new engagement approaches.
