Senior Content Analyst

• This role is a subject-matter expert responsible for the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of governed payer and provider intelligence assets.
• You will transform inconsistent payer, plan, HCP, and provider records into reliable, governed entities through detailed mapping and research.
• The position combines healthcare market-access expertise with strong analytical and data-management capabilities.
• You will work across Product, Engineering, Content, Delivery, and Client Success teams to resolve exceptions and maintain high data-quality standards.
• The role also contributes to data governance, metadata management, process improvement, and AI/ML-assisted mapping with appropriate human oversight.
• Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable outcomes.
• You will operate in a global environment where continuous improvement, collaboration, and data integrity are central to the work.
