Job Description:

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Integration Specialist to join the Risk & Compliance Implementation and Integration team. Based in Dubai, this role will support customers and partners operating in and from the Middle East.

The role will be heavily market facing, with interactions with customers pre- and post-sales. The successful candidate will combine strong technical integration expertise with proven customer-facing and commercial experience. They will work in a fast-growing market where customers often require hands-on guidance throughout pre-sales, implementation, migration, go-live, and post-go-live support.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can confidently engage with technical teams, business stakeholders, senior executives, and commercial teams. They will be expected to own complex integration conversations, influence solution design, identify risks and opportunities, and represent Dow Jones credibly with strategic customers and partners.

The role will report to the Director of Implementation and Integration, EMEA.

You Will

  • Own and lead complex customer and partner integrations involving Dow Jones Risk & Compliance products, APIs, data feeds, and associated workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance during pre-sales, solution design, implementation, migration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
  • Act as a senior technical and business-facing advisor to customers, partners, Sales, Product, Technology, Support, and Implementation teams.
  • Translate customer requirements into practical integration approaches, including data mapping, API usage, workflow design, testing, monitoring, and operational handover.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of complex API, data feed, upload, data quality, and workflow issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional responses to high-priority customer issues, ensuring clear ownership, communication, escalation, and resolution plans.
  • Facilitate customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, integration reviews, implementation meetings, and executive-level discussions.
  • Work closely with Sales to shape commercially viable integration solutions, support proposals and opportunities, and improve the likelihood of successful conversion and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer value, improve retention, support migrations, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Support high-touch customers through guided, step-by-step implementation and integration decisions where self-service documentation is insufficient.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns, troubleshooting guidance, customer-facing documentation, and best practices.
  • Represent regional customer needs globally and ensure local requirements are reflected in internal planning.
  • Help scale the operating model by mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge across the wider team.

You Have

  • Typically approx 10 years of relevant experience in technical integration, solution consulting, implementation, professional services, technical account management, customer success engineering, or a closely related field.
  • A demonstrable track record of working directly with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
  • Deep knowledge of the Risk and Compliance domain.
  • Significant experience leading customer-facing technical engagements from discovery through implementation and production adoption.
  • Strong practical understanding of APIs, data feeds, integration patterns, data mapping, testing, authentication, error handling, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders within Dow Jones and clients.
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Experience working across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Implementation teams in a global organisation.
  • High level of initiative, ownership, judgement, and accountability.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Middle East.
