Senior Contract Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Senior Contract Specialist to join our growing commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute professional to take ownership of high-value customer and supplier contracts, support strategic business initiatives, and influence commercial outcomes across a dynamic international business.

This role will be based at our Kintore and Turriff offices, with travel between both locations required.

What you'll be doing

Leading the negotiation, drafting, review, and execution of complex commercial agreements.

Advising senior stakeholders on contractual risk, governance, and commercial strategy.

Managing customer and supplier contracts, including Framework Agreements and Master Service Agreements.

Supporting business development, tendering, project delivery, and operational teams.

Driving best practice in contract management and commercial governance.

Contributing to dispute avoidance, claims management, and commercial performance improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in a Senior Contract Specialist, Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager, or similar position.

Demonstrated success negotiating complex contracts and achieving strong commercial outcomes.

Strong understanding of commercial, legal, and contractual principles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience operating within international commercial environments.

Desirable

Degree qualification in a commercial, legal, or business-related discipline.

Experience within Energy, Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas, Marine, Subsea, Defence, or related sectors.
