  • CHALLENGE Gesamtverantwortung für das Beteiligungscontrolling
  • innerhalb des Segments Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der
  • Budgetierungs-, Forecasting- und Mittelfristplanungsprozesse Analyse
  • der laufenden Geschäftsentwicklung sowie Identifikation von Chancen,
  • Risiken und Optimierungspotenzialen Entwicklung und Umsetzung
  • nachhaltiger Maßnahmen zur Ergebnis- und Performanceverbesserung
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Management-Reports, Ad-hoc-Analysen und
  • Entscheidungsvorlagen Sparringspartner für Segmentmanagement,
  • Geschäftsführungen der Beteiligungsgesellschaften sowie den Vorstand
  • Sicherstellung einer transparenten finanziellen Steuerung der
  • Beteiligungen auf internationaler Ebene Weiterentwicklung von
  • Reporting-, Planungs- und Controllinginstrumenten Fachliche Führung
  • und Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen Controlling-Teams Enge
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, Treasury, M&A sowie weiteren Corporate
  • Functions IHRE EXCELLENCE mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im
  • Beteiligungscontrolling internationale Konzernerfahrung und
  • Reisebereitschaft Erfahrung mit fachlicher Führungsverantwortung,
  • auch international Berufserfahrung im Bereich Big4, Accounting oder
  • Werkscontrolling von Vorteil sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und
  • Schrift Erfahrung mit Reporting- und Accounting-Tools wie Lucanet oder
  • PowerBI hohe IT-Affinität ist ein Muss, einschlägige Erfahrung mit
