Unser Auftraggeber ist ein technologieorientiertes Industrieunternehmen im nördlichen Baden-Württemberg .

Für eine neu geschaffene Position sucht das Unternehmen eine erfahrene Fachkraft mit Führungspotenzial . Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im Finanz- und Controllingbereich und wachsen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem derzeitigen Leiter schrittweise in Ihre künftige Führungsrolle hinein.

## Das erwartet Sie

  • Gezielte Entwicklung zur Nachwuchsführungskraft mit vorgesehener Stellvertretungsfunktion
  • Geplante Leitungsnachfolge in etwa drei bis vier Jahren
  • Einarbeitung in Leitungsaufgaben und Gestaltungsspielraum bei Prozessen und Unternehmenssteuerung

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche FI/CO-Tätigkeiten bei Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen sowie maßgebliche Mitwirkung am Jahresabschluss nach HGB
  • Erstellung von Managementreports, Gesellschafterberichten und Plan-/Ist-Analysen
  • Mitwirkung an Budget, Forecast und Unternehmensplanung
  • Aufbereitung von Prüfungsunterlagen und Abstimmung mit Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfern
  • Optimierung der Finanz- und Controllingprozesse sowie Vorbereitung auf künftige IFRS-Anforderungen

## Ihr Profil

  • BWL-Studium mit relevantem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Controllingerfahrung sowie fundierte HGB- und Abschlusskenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO ; IFRS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Analytische Stärke, Eigeninitiative und klare Kommunikation
  • Motivation zur Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung ; erste Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung oder Projektleitung von Vorteil
