## Aufgabengebiet

  • Steuerung und Koordination von Budget-, Forecast- und Outlook-Prozessen
  • Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse inkl. Abgrenzungen und Rückstellungen
  • Erstellung und Analyse von GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow und relevanten Kennzahlen
  • Kommentierung und Analyse von Abschlüssen inkl. Profit-Center-Rechnung
  • Ganzheitliche kaufmännische Betreuung Ihrer Fachbereiche
  • Planung und Kontrolle von Sachkosten, Investitionen und Headcount
  • Abstimmung von Intercompany-Transaktionen
  • Proaktives Kosten- und Investitionscontrolling
  • Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Tools und Prozessen
  • Ansprechpartner für Controlling-Systeme und Reportinglösungen
  • Mitarbeit an IKS- und Compliance-Themen
  • Übernahme von Sonderprojekten im Controlling

## Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar, mind. Bachelor)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS
  • Sicher im Umgang mit SAP (FI/CO, idealerweise SEM-BCS) und OLAP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Durchsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise
