  • Du verantwortest die Budgetplanung und Forecasts für den Vertriebsbereich
  • Du analysierst Umsatz-, Auftrags- und Unternehmenskennzahlen und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab

  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Du berätst Marketing, Vertrieb und Portfoliomanagement als kaufmännischer Sparringspartner
  • Du führst Performance-, Ad-hoc- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen durch
  • Du nutzt moderne Tools wie Excel, Power BI, Qlik und Salesforce zur datenbasierten Steuerung

### Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Controlling, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, FP&A oder Corporate Finance
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel sowie BI- und Reporting-Tools
  • Du denkst analytisch und hast ein gutes Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Du kannst komplexe Zahlen verständlich aufbereiten und überzeugend kommunizieren
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bringst eine hohe IT-Affinität und unternehmerisches Denken mit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
