Job Summary

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• •Developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
• •Leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives and drive insights that impact business decisions.
• •Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
• •Conducting advanced analysis using statistical tools and software, such as R or Python.
• •Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• •Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• •Mentoring and coaching junior data analysts and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

• •7-9 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
• •Advanced experience in SQL programming, statistical analysis and data modeling
• •Extensive experience in statistical software, such as R , SAS, or Python.
• •Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives.
• •Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of team initiatives
• •Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable
• •Experience developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
• •Demonstrate advanced analytic skills and attention to detail
