The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team and help build scalable, cloud-based data solutions.

You’ll work across a modern stack, delivering end-to-end data pipelines, models, and analytics capabilities, while uplifting data quality and driving automation across the business.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone passionate about modern data engineering, cloud platforms, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design and build scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• •Develop and maintain data models for analytics and reporting
• •Ensure data quality, reliability and governance
• •Automate data workflows in a cloud-first environment
• •Troubleshoot and optimise data performance issues
• •Collaborate with BI, IT, and business stakeholders
• •Contribute to data platform architecture and best practices

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• •Strong hands-on experience with:
• •Snowflake
• •DBT
• •AWS Serverless Data Lake Framework

• •Advanced SQL and data modelling skills
• •Proven experience building end-to-end data pipelines
• •Experience working in cloud-based data environments
• •Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• •4+ years’ experience in Data Engineering / BI

Nice to Have

• •Power BI or Tableau experience
• •Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps or DataOps practices
• •Experience with GitLab or similar platforms
• •Domain experience in finance, retail, or supply chain
• •Relevant certifications (AWS, Snowflake)
