- Our Data & Intelligence Portfolio continues to experience significant growth, driven by new client engagements and increasing demand across our existing accounts. As demand continues to exceed forecasts, we are expanding our permanent engineering capability to support delivery excellence, strengthen our technical leadership community, and build sustainable capability for future growth.
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our growing engineering team and play a key role in delivering high-quality data solutions within a fast-paced, agile environment.
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving delivery environment and is comfortable adapting to changing priorities while staying focused on outcomes. Just as importantly, you will be collaborative and team-focused, showing leadership through clear framing, calm decision-making, and the ability to bring your team along on the journey by building shared understanding, explaining the ‘why’, and helping people stay aligned through change. Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting others to build confidence and capability is also important.

- This role requires someone who can framework clearly, create alignment across teams, and provide the conditions for engineers to deliver confidently and consistently. You will be expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve productivity, delivery speed and solution quality.
- You will lead in uncertain and evolving delivery environments by helping technical leads and their teams navigate change, make pragmatic engineering decisions, and stay focused on quality and delivery commitments. The role requires someone who can set the tone for delivery, role model good engineering behaviours, and bring others with them through coaching, constructive challenge and clear communication.
