Your Role

• •Lead the development and improvement of predictive and prescriptive machine learning models that directly support marketing, personalization, customer lifecycle, and commercial business strategies.
• •Partner with business stakeholders to translate real-world marketing opportunities into data science solutions, defining success metrics and measuring business impact.
• •Own the full model lifecycle, including feature engineering, experimentation, validation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing performance optimization.
• •Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Data Scientists through peer reviews, best practices, and model governance activities.
• •Work closely with Data Engineering and MLOps teams to ensure models are scalable, production-ready, maintainable, and capable of delivering measurable business value.

Your Profile

• •5+YOE of hands-on Data Science experience building, validating, deploying, and optimizing predictive and prescriptive machine learning models in production environments.
• •Strong expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling, including feature engineering, model evaluation, experimentation, backtesting, and performance measurement.
• •Experience applying Data Science to marketing use cases, such as customer segmentation, personalization, campaign optimization, lifecycle marketing, customer propensity, or commercial analytics.
• •Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions, partnering with stakeholders to define success metrics, quantify impact, and communicate actionable recommendations.
• •Technical leadership and mentoring experience, including code reviews, model governance, best practices, and guiding junior Data Scientists through the model development lifecycle.
• •Fluent English level
