Job Description:

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Position Summary:

Global Operations Emerging Technology (GOET) builds and delivers the artificial intelligence, data, and automation capabilities used across Global Operations. The Senior Delivery Lead is the central coordination point for that portfolio, turning strategy into sequenced, funded, and governed work while keeping multiple initiatives moving through delivery and approval at the same time.

You will build and run the management system the portfolio depends on: intake and prioritization, governance forums and operating cadences, delivery metrics, and executive reporting. The role sits at the center of business, technology, risk, compliance, and legal partners, keeping work aligned to Responsible AI expectations and enterprise standards, surfacing dependencies and risks early, and giving leaders what they need to decide quickly. Success looks like a portfolio with clear priorities, predictable governance timelines, and very few surprises.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
  • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Manages program financials and supports resource planning
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Builds and runs the management system for the portfolio, including intake, prioritization, governance forums, operating cadences, and executive reporting, so leaders have a clear view of what is in flight and what needs a decision
  • Translates strategic priorities into sequenced roadmaps, connects delivery to measurable business outcomes, and drives improvements to how the portfolio plans, reports, and executes
  • Guides emerging technology initiatives through Model Risk Management, Responsible AI, and enterprise governance reviews, engaging risk, compliance, and legal partners early to keep approvals on schedule

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, portfolio management, or product management
  • Proven experience managing large-scale portfolios in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, forecasting, and variance control
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering artificial intelligence, machine learning, or emerging technology initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Background in Global Operations, Shared Services, Data, Analytics, or Solution Architecture domains
  • Experience with regulatory, risk, and compliance-driven initiatives
  • Experience driving process transformation and operational excellence initiatives
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as JIRA, financial management systems, and intake/reporting platforms
